How does your UK Sign For Delivery work?

  • Our standard UK Sign For Delivery is within 3-7 working days* from the moment your goods are dispatched. You can choose Express Service if you wish to expedite your item. 
  • Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays). 
  • UK Sign For Delivery charge is £6.95 
  • Once your parcel has been shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email and we will notify you again by email once your tracking number has been added to your order. You can check your tracking number by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track This Order’ and you’ll be redirected to the carrier tracking page. Please note, this is not a fully tracked service. It only provides confirmation of delivery and signature from the receiver. Tracking number provided will show no progress until the parcel is delivered. 
  • A signature is required upon receipt. 
  • If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card with further instructions. Usually, the parcel can be collected from your local depot or redelivered to your address on another day. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier and make further arrangements to receive your parcel. 

How does your Express Delivery work?

  • Our Express Delivery is within 1-2 working days* from the moment your goods are dispatched. 
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday only (excluding Public Holidays). 
  • UK Sign For Delivery charge is £18
  • Once your parcel has been shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email and we will notify you again by email once your tracking number has been added to your order. You can check your tracking number by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track This Order’ and you’ll be redirected to the carrier tracking page.

How do I return an item?

Changed your mind? Returning a Westgate-london.com order is easy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items returned to us within 14 days from your original delivery date – provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply - see our Returns Policy for details. 

As a local and international customer you can return your parcel by post at a cost to you, using Royal Mail (UK) or any other courier service. We strongly recommend that you use recorded service and retain your postal receipt. 

To start your return please visit Returns page and request your return by following the simple instructions there. Regretfully, items sent back to us without prior request through our Online Returns System will not be processed.

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, but please note that this can take 3-5 working days from the delivery date to our Doddle Returns Centre as our returns are forwarded to our Returns Office once a week. 

If you have sent your parcel recorded mail, you can track its progress and delivery details on courier's website. 

 We will endeavour to process your return within 3-5 working days from the day we send you email confirming the receipt of your parcel; however under some circumstances this could take up to 14 working days. 

 When the return is processed you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take up to 10 working days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited.
