We will always send you an Order Confirmation email when you place an order on Westgate-London.com. If you were signed into your account when you placed your order you will be able to follow the progress of your order online.

Sign in to My Account 

Sign in to My Account and find your order in 'My Orders' to view the status. Occasionally, we may send your order in more than one parcel. You can check the status of each parcel by selecting 'View Order' from the 'My Orders' page.

Tracking Codes

If you have chosen our standard UK Signed For Delivery service, please not this is not a fully tracked service and only provides confirmation of delivery with signature from the receiver, after your parcel is delivered. Tracking number you receive on dispatch will show no progress until the parcel is delivered to you.  

When shipping items internationally, you will always be able to find a tracking code in My Account. To find your tracking code, click 'Track Order' on the Order Details page of My Account. Tracking codes are not available for orders placed using Guest checkout.

You can use your tracking code to track your parcel on our app.
